Rating by students.
In general, students rate the master-classes as good. The next figure shows the average score of the previous 16 master classes on a 10-point scale. Strenghts are: Practical relevance. Theoretic foundation. Excellent teacher. Good structure, relevant toolbox of instruments discussed. Balance bewteen theory and practice. Interactive setting during the days. Applicability, richness of information. Focus on the impact of variability on performance.
Weaknesses: Speaks fast, a lot of information, but very interesting. A lot of new terms and issues that are rapidly discussed if you’re completely unknown with operations management.
